The First Steps On My New Path
As I mentioned in my last post, I’m taking my business in a new direction. I’ve decided to get a mentor to help me. Up to this point I had been heading in multiple directions, sometimes at the same time. I’ve decided to work with John Thornhill in his Partnership To Success program. John has a great track record and is well known as one of the most honest and ethical marketers online today.
The Partnership To Success program is a 12 month program that focuses on product creation to build a business. I have been doing affiliate marketing for several years on and off, but I know that real success comes when you have affiliates promoting your own products. You can read more about the program here.
Starting now I will be focusing on creating products that help people build a successful business that runs from anywhere. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience that has lead me to where I am today.
I’ve actually put together an outline for my first product already. In fact, I already have a product pipeline in mind. I will be creating these products from the perspective of someone getting started from nothing. No idea, no website, just a burning desire to build a successful online business.
As I work through the creation of the product, I’ll be sharing details about what I’m working on. I have created products in the past (none of them are currently available for purchase), but I’m following the training in the program this time.
I will be showing you exactly how I do things in my business, including the tools and workflow I use on a daily basis. For example, I’m writing this blog post on my iPhone. I’m not the fastest on the iPhone keyboard, but I’m getting better. When I have peace and quiet I actually dictate my posts with my iPhone. I’ll show you how I do that in a future post.
Changes to the blog
Part of the changes I’m making include changing the look of this blog. I’m not happy with the design and layout that my current theme provides. The original reasons why I chose this theme are no longer important. So, I’m currently on a search for a new theme. It will be mobile responsive so you can read the blog on any mobile device and you get the same experience as you would on a regular browser.
Keep an eye out for more changes and updates. This is going to be a fun ride!
